Hello, I am absolutely unable to install  SDL Trados Studio 2021 Professional on a PC.

I get this error message:

An error occurred and the program was aborted. You can try running the program again but if the problem repeats, please generate a debug log (usually found at C:\ProgramData\SDL\Chainer\Logs) and contact technical support

xmlException
Root element is missing

The weird thing, is I get the exact same error message when I try to uninstall SDL Trados 2014 SP2

I have followed the instruction found here, https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0029227

I do have all the prerequisites:

•  2008_SP1_vcredist_x86
•  2013_vcredist_x86
•  2019_vcredist_x86

But I can't do anything else from there

IE Installing main components I cannot view C:\ProgramData\Package Cache\SDL\SDLTradosStudio2021\Modules (I DID check the "Hidden Items" in Windows File Explorer)

Please help, it's been months and I need to work!
