This is perhaps caused by your antivirus
There are a number of solutions, as detailed in the following article.

If running Trados Studio 2021 you will need the folder
C:\Program Files (x86)\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio16
Then run a repair (please note that if Studio has become corrupted, reinstallation won't always fix the issue, without resetting/repairing Trados Studio.

I seem to have the same error as this user "An item with the same key has already been added" https://community.sdl.com/product-groups/translationproductivity/f/studio/34313/error-starting-studio-2021-service-sdl-translatiostudio-alignmenteditor-ialignmenteditorservice-could-not-be-started-i-ve-tried-repairing-and-reinstalling-with-no-joy but I can't solve it. I have tried everything.
Any chance you can run a remote check on my PC?
