You haven't told us what version, or even what problems you are encountering and why you can't do this yourself? Have you tried this?
You can reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your MySDL account for Trados Studio 2015, 2017, 2019 and 2021.
Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.

Hi, thank you for your answer. I followed the instructions in the article, but I got a message with an error and couldn’t reset the license myself. I logged a case specifying my problem and the support team helped me to deactivate it, so it is now solved.
