I cannot open SDL anymore,

I did steps 1 to 5.
I did also root cause procedure and it seems that there is a MWI failure.
Please could you help me?
I feel unconfident to carry out the procude mentionned by microsoft.
As you can guess I really need to open my SDL 2019 to continue to work
