Hey, I have the following error while initializing the IRIS PDF OCR Support. I tried twice to install the IRIS plugin, allways the same error message.
And then I can not close the Trados. I get the message "Die Datei oder Assembly "idrsnet15.dll" oder eine Abhängigkeit davon wurde nicht gefunden. Das angegebene Modul wurde nicht gefunden" Please, help!
Hello, I tried resetting and even a clean install, with no help. I have the exact same issue - IRIS does not load properly and then crashes the Trados. Do you have any advice?
