Hi,
Normally, I should be able to check my license through my SDL account, but it seems that the license I hold - and that I bought on 17 May 2021 - no longer appears.
Moreover, when launching Trados it says that it is no longer activated because the license has expired but I am pretty sure it should still be valid since I bought it about 4 months ago.
Would it be possible for someone to have a look at this?

You purchased a Trados Studio subscription not a perpetual license so you don`t have an activation code. The subscription can be activated following the steps from this article: gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge

First of all, thank you for the quick reply.
I followed the steps from the article you sent but I am still facing an error. When clicking activate a new window appears and says: "The license key is not valid for this device. Try again with another license or contact your Cloud account administrator" (my Trados is set in French so it may not be the exact the same wording in English).

Can you please check in Control Panel the exact version you have installed?
If it`s not 16.1.8.4404 please try to download it and install it from here and see if it works afterwards: https://downloadcentercdn.sdl.com/TP/Trados/T2021/CUs/SR1_CU8/TradosStudio2021_SR1_CU8_4404.zip

Hello again,
The version that was installed was 16.1.4.4184. Updating it to 16.1.8.4404 and rebooting my laptop fixed the issue.
