License issue - License has disappeared

Hi,

Normally, I should be able to check my license through my SDL account, but it seems that the license I hold - and that I bought on 17 May 2021 - no longer appears.

Moreover, when launching Trados it says that it is no longer activated because the license has expired but I am pretty sure it should still be valid since I bought it about 4 months ago.

Would it be possible for someone to have a look at this?
