I am trying to deactivate one of my two licenses on one computer but it says.
"There are multiple instances of this application running. Close the other instances before deactivating the lincense.
I have Trados installed on two computers, but only the one on the computer that I want to deactivate is running.

I`ve reset your license. If you want to reactivate them on the same computers please follow the below steps:
Note: If you can't find the path above, open Windows File Explorer, click on View and check "Hidden Items" checkbox.
