SDL Trados Studio 2017 Freelance license not showing up

Question

I have a new laptop and am trying to deactivate my 2017 license so I can use it on my new computer, but it does not appear under Licenses. All I see if a 2019 license I got as part of a university course (which was only valid for the duration of the class). The order does appear in the order history though... 
 
 Any ideas on what to do?

 The 2017 license was removed from your RWS account when the upgrade to 2019 was processed. 
 However, you can still use Studio 2017 on the same computer where Studio 2019 is activated as described in this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0033848
