SDL Trados Studio 2017 Freelance license not showing up

I have a new laptop and am trying to deactivate my 2017 license so I can use it on my new computer, but it does not appear under Licenses. All I see if a 2019 license I got as part of a university course (which was only valid for the duration of the class). The order does appear in the order history though...

Any ideas on what to do?
