I am trying to deactivate my SDL Professional Commuter 2019 license to upgrade to the 2021 license I bought. When I try to deactive from the License Manager I get this message:
"Provider error occurred, code: 653. Revocation is either complete or revocation proof is already uploaded."
Unfortunately, when I go to My Account to the license upgrade section I am unable to upgrade my license because of this issue....
I also don't know who or where to contact in SDL to get a license reset / deactivated....any ideas
