My Studio 2021 Freelance Plus (perpetual license) is missing from my account "licenses" page.
It is listed under my "orders" and "downloads" tab, but it is not under "licenses".
I need the activation code, because I need to reinstall.

You have purchased a subscription licence, not a perpetual licence. To activate Studio just follow the steps here:

Sorry, I don't quite understand the situation here. Are you an administrator, i.e. can you see my account and order numbers?

I'm not an administrator but I do have access and I can see you have a Language Cloud subscription. So if you try activating using the subscription tab then you'll see whether this is the case or not:
If you have a problem with this I'll create the support case and the appropriate team can sort this out on Monday.

I followed your instructions and tried activating using the subscription tab.
There is displayed the message: "Your selected account contains the following package: Trados Live Essential Freelance".
This is not correct. I purchased "Studio 2021 Freelance Plus".
It is a perpetual license, and I do not want to convert to a cloud subscription.
I would be grateful if you could create a support case.
