Please can you verify that the licences are now there?  I have just checked and can see them now.

Hello Paul.  The 2021 license is now back.  The 2015, 2017 and 2019 licenses are still not visible.  This isn't much of a problem for me since I'm unlikely to use those in future anyway.  But it does show that the situation isn't back to the way it used to be.

ok - progress.  But can you confirm that you actually had all of those licences still available to you?  That would suggest you never upgraded, but rather you purchased additional new licences each time.  That would be unusual, and expensive!

I checked your orders and it looks to me as though you upgraded.  So in this case none of the old licences would be there anymore since they get replaced with each upgrade.

I'd also add that the reason you see 2011 is because back then we didn't replace the 2009 licence... many reasons for this but it wasn't the way it's supposed to work.  In reality you should only have Trados Studio  2021, Trados 2007 and your Passolo licence.
