Dear all, my notebook stopped working and I couldn't return the licence. How can I get it back so I can use Studio in my new computer?
Thank you! ;)

You can self-serve. You didn't mention the version so one of these may help.
For Trados 2007 and Trados Studio 2009 use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.
For Trados Studio 2011 and Trados Studio 2014 use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.
For Trados Studio 2015, Trados Studio 2017, Trados Studio 2019 and Trados Studio 2021 use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.

Thank you Paul and sorry I forgot to mention the version. I have Studio 2019. I followed the steps you sent but the option "Reset license" is only available in the previous code, not the latest one (marked in red). Please find below a screenshot for your reference. Is it ok if I click on "Reset license" of the code activated back in 2018? Thank you!

I edited your image... this is a public forum!
I guess it all depends what you want to achieve here. I think I'll log a case on your behalf and a support engineer can work with you to make sure you recover the right one.
