Passolo 2016 Collaboration Edition - Java Properties

Hi, 
 
 I wonder can someone help me. I have the above version and would like to use it to Parser Java .properties files but the parser doesnt appear to be loaded. 
 
 Is there an easy way to check if it should be active?

 In order to Parser Java .properties files you need "SDL Passolo 2016 Java Add-in" which your license doesn`t have. To see if you can add this to a 2016 license please contact a Sales person on the Live chat: https://www.sdltrados.com/contact/chat.html or https://sdl.com/chat /
