Hello Donika Nasto,
If you haven't deactivated the license before installing Trados Studio on a new device, the license will show up as in use (it's a single-user license with 1 activation), so it can't be activated again unless you deactivate (reset) it first.
Please follow the instructions provided in the link below to deactivate your license from your SDL account:
https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0038545
Once the license has been reset, please wait approx. 30 minutes to activate it again on your new device.
Thank you!
Best regards,
Adrian

Hello Adrian,
thanks a lot for your quick help! I really appreciate it.
It worked very well and now I have it installed in the new computer.
The only thing is that all my previous work is gone:-(. Is that normal?
Or can they be retrieved somehow?
Maybe I did something wrong....
Many thanks!
Donika
Your user files are not moved over when you install on a new machine. You need to copy them over so they are available to you on your new computer.
