Hello!
I've bought the license of Trados Studio 2021, then operating system of my computer was reinstalled and I couldn't deactivate the code in my program earlier.
Now I can't use my activation code because it is already "in use". And there is a error message in my program.
I tried to deactivate code offline but I don't understand what should I enter in "Deactivation Certificate" box.
And I also tried to perform "Reset License", but there was also an error.
What should I do now?
