Unexpected exception when initializing view part fragment matches

Hi 
 
 I am logging this issue in this section because my assumption is that this issue has started to occur after an update. 
 From one day to another (I mean suddenly) this error has occurred, preventing from opening any project. 
 After checking community and knowledgebase I have also tried to de-install Trados Studio 2021 and reinstall, and updated to R1. 
 Unfortunately I could not resolve it. 
 Please suggest me any way to restore its proper functionality as of 2 days ago.

 A reinstall rarely solves this problem. The first thing to try is reset window layout within the application: 
 
 If that doesn't help then reset. 
 You could use this app for the reset and this will also explain what you will lose by carrying out a reset before you do it: 
 appstore.sdl.com/.../ 
 But if you'd rather do this manually then rename this folder (just add _old to the end or something, it's not important what you rename it to) and restart Studio: 
 c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio16 
 So the path would become this: 
 c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio16_old 
 If you can't find this folder then you need to unhide your hidden files/folders: 
 www.howtogeek.com/.../
