Hi! I want to transfer my license of SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance (activated on 22-09-2019) to my new laptop so I need to reset the license. I've tried several times but received error message saying "an error has occurred" with both online and offline deactivation. My order number is 559360. And the last four numbers of activation code is 9190. Please help to solve the problem. Thanks!
