I am trying to contact SDL because of a problem that does not fit the causes that you mention for having to reset my SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance Plus. The problem occurs when I move from home. and I use my computer with a USB LTE stick from the Deutsche Telekom from a foreign country when I am there for holidays or to visit my family. This should not happen. Also, I have just got aware that the number of resets per year only 3 is. I have just returned home, and I have encountered the same problem. This is not my problem SDL or RWS should solve this issue or reset my license to an unlimited number of resets per year. If you do not do so, I my have a big issue and lose customers if I am not able to activate my license because I have exhausted the 3 resets per year after my second journey. Please let me know what is the solution.
However, I understand that I do not need to buy a Support Contract in order to be able to get support, because I am not having the problem because of a faulty functioning of my computer or my LTE modem, but because of the Trados software itself. Also, this wrong funktioning is causing me a lot of trouble and may even prevent me from processing projects from my customers.
