You can reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your MySDL account for Trados Studio 2015, 2017, 2019 and 2021.
Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.

Sorry, Paul. I should have been more specific.
Here's what happened:
I didn't deactivate it before formating my computer and then I made the mistake of using the "deactivate offline", instead of "Reset licence". But as none of them were working, I tried both.
When I tried "reset licence" it gave me an error, so it was never completed. That's when I started this thread. Now, I just signed in to Trados and shows no licence at all! Any ideas?
