An error has occurred during online deactivation

Dear Help,

I can not reset my license online, where as it is not possible for me to reset it offline. Whenever I press 'Reset license' I recieve the message '

An error has occurred'

It is one part of the license I own, starting with b5

The activation was made 27-Oct-2018 12:00

How can I reclame this license?

Error reports have been sent to support, about two weeks ago, however the case is still not solved
