Error message in Trados Studio stating 'Impossible to access to the path 'C:UsersPerrineAppDataLocalSDLSDL Trados Studio16.0.0.0UserSettings.xml'.

Hi all,

I had SDL Trados studio 2021 but I have download Trados Studio SR but this message appears and I can't open Trados anymore... I just want to work and have my old version :'(

I have tried to repair and uninstall it, then download Microsoft Visual C++2010 but nothing change and I'm totally desparate!

If somebody can help me please...
