Error ala licenciar Trados Studio y Passolo

Buenas tardes:

Soy Rubén Cañavera, responsable de implantación de Tecnologías en la Universidad Internacional de Valencia.

Tenemos adquiridas 25 licencias de Trados Studio y Passolo, montadas en servidores Windows pero no nos validan:

Error message in SDL Passolo: 'Cannot find license information. Check for product activation No license found.' with options to Retry, Product Activation, or Cancel.SDL Trados Studio 2021 Product Activation window showing an error with the License Server 'No license' and an IP address, with a Retry button.

Hemos confirmado que la comunicación con el servidor de licencias se hace sin problemas pero a la hora de validar aparece el siguiente error:

Product Activation error dialog box with a red cross icon stating 'Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. No value exists with that name.' with Details and Continue buttons.

Y en el panel de administración de SDL  aparece que están en uso las 25.

¿Qué puede estar pasando? 

Si es necesario, puedo adjuntar el archivo con los logs.

    Hello

    You have another thread open for the same issue. Please don`t open multiple threads for the same issue as it`s harder to keep track of the conversations.

    Did it worked until now?

    To check if your license are actually activated go on the licensing server > open Safenet License Manager (WlmAdmin) > expand Subnet Servers > expand your server > expand Allow TQA 2021 and send me a screenshot.

    Make sure that the user machines can ping the license server and vice-versa and also make sure that port UDP 5093 is open at both ends.

    What version of License Manager is installed on the server?

    Disculpa, pensaba que la anterior consulta fue cerrada.

    Cuando intentamos llegar a la opción que nos indicas en el WlmAdmin (versión 9.2.1.0011), no aparece la opción que indicas:

    y te confirmo que la comunicación está habilitada y responde.

    Hello

    From the screenshot you attached it seems that the licenses are not activated on the server. I`ve reset both licenses (Studio and Passolo).

    A la hora de intentar desactivar las licencias para de nuevo activarlas, nos aparece este mensaje:

    Trados Studio activation error message stating 'Activation error: activation code (E01). Activation is either complete or activation period is already expired.' with an OK button.

    Hello,

    Close SDL License manager and then go to: C:\ProgramData\SDL\NetworkLicensingServer\2 and rename the "2" folder to "2_old".

    Reopen License manager and reactivate the licenses. If License Manager still displays the license just ignore this as the deactivation cannot be done because the licenses are already reset.

    Muchas gracias, Sorin, te confirmo que ya nos funciona correctamente!

    Una ultima duda. Servimos las herramientas a los estudiantes desde unos laboratorios virtuales y al ir a validar la licencia cuando abres Trados Studio aparecen siempre mis datos. ¿Sería posible que aparecieran los campos vacíos?
