I sent you 2 email through the ticket on the email address which you used to log in on Communities (moscow.support@******). Please check the Spam folder as well and if you don`t have any email there provide me the order number for the license and the last 4 characters of the license.

i have changed email to support.moscow@******* ,the alias you have mentioned is no longer usable, and i have confirmed the new email.

I have checked spam folder couple of times but no help.

Order is  630771 and efae is last 4 characters.

Your license has been reset. On the user machine where you receive the error message please do the following: 

1. Close Studio.
2. Go to: C:\ProgramData\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio16\Data
3. Rename the file Studio.lic, e.g. to Studio_old.lic.
4. Once this is done you can reactivate Studio where needed. 

Note: If you can't find the path above, open Windows File Explorer, click on View and check "Hidden Items" checkbox.

I have renamed the file, checked my licenses and make a new activation in a correct way.
