Not an answer, but I get this message too when my internet connection is slow. When I have a fast connection, I don't get it.
The message "An error has occured while using the translation provider Machine Translation. Language Cloud engine not found."
Although, I have internet connection and I can sign in to the Cloud, I cannot use machine translation since installing SR2.
The situation is even more serious: I cannot add files to a project (using Quick add files) when SDL Language Cloud as translation provider is enabled (batch tasks "Pre-translate" and "Analyse" are affected).

RWS Support is trying to find out the cause of the problem. They ask me to set firewall exception to certain URL.
I use Windows Firewall under Windows 7. I cannot find any info about how to set exception for URLs.
Any idea?
It seemed yesterday that the problem was resolved by RWS Techical Support. Now the same problem occurs. The case was closed, so I cannot contact Support on this issue, nor can I log a new support case as I have no vald SMA.
Now I still cannot add files to my projects. The following message appears:
Now, I cannot use Trados Studio as before. I cannot add files to projectxs
I reverted back to version "SDL Trados Studio 2021 SR1 - 16.1.3.4096". It works fine.
I'm quite disappointed. I'm a Trados user for 20+ years. As a general user, I've been using several software. No other software are causing me touble but Trados Studio. Every update is a nightmare. Is it normal?
I'm lucky now that I saved a previous version...
