The old good false notification "No internet connection" is back again after installing SR2 in Sutdio 2021.

The situation is even more serious: I cannot add files to a project (using Quick add files) when SDL Language Cloud as translation provider is enabled (batch tasks "Pre-translate" and "Analyse" are affected).
