Having a meltdown.
Trados today opened with "let's set up your account", I added in my email then it says I don't have a licence. The only licence I have is registered to that version of Trados!!!!
Online tells me the licence is in use. I try uninstalling and reinstalling, no use. I try resetting the licence and to deactivate it offline, no use. Just keep getting error messages
I then go to upgrade to freelance plus just to get a second licence and even that has an error message!!!!!!!!!
I have a project due TOMORROW and there is no reason why Trados decided to take a fit and not let me use my licence.
Any help much appreciated as I have no idea what else to try. It's the weekend so of course no-one is around in the chat boxes to help with resetting the licence either.
