In my account, my license is listed as “Avalilable”. In the Trados Studio 2021 software, the status is “Activated”. When I try to deactivate the license in the software, an error message reads: “Deactivation failed. Revocation is either complete or revocation proof is already loaded.”
This means I cannot deactivate online in the software, and I cannot deactivate offline because the license “thinks” that it is already deactivated.
