Cannot use, reset or upgrade Freelance license... (help)

Hi,

I cannot use, reset nor upgrade my license anymore. I recently deactivated my license on my desktop computer to use it on my laptop. However, on my RWS Account it says that it is still in use. Then when I try to log the license back in my desktop computer app, it fails and sends me the following message:

I tried reseting it through my RWS Account but every time I receive an error message when I click "Reset license". Then, I thought I would just upgrade from 2019 to 2021 but I am afraid to proceed and make it worse since there is no license showing where they should be...

Please halp... I'm clueless and stuck at this point. I have an order coming soon for which I'll really need my beloved Studio.
