Dear Sir/Madam,
my computer crashed a couple of weeks ago with my activated version of Trados on it and can't consequently deactivate it.
I have received a new computer and would like to reactivate my license but since I have no access to Trados on my former computer but Trados on my new computer won't let me activate it when I enter the activation code I received when purchasing Trados.
Could you help me out please?
