Since we reinstalled the licences on the new server, I cannot join any TM to a project neither on Studio 2019 nor on Studio 2021.Please see the error message I get,

Thank you for posting your concern but I dont see any error.
Perhaps you can attach it assuming you can save the error into a file. Or at least take a screen print
And in order to save time & any uncertainty, please clarify what changes were made?
