We have a login issue with the SDL Machine Translation Cloud. When we work with Trados, our login details doesn't seem to work and we have a message written in red that pops up "Couldn't load file...The system cannot find the specified file." Also, I have installed the DeepL plugin in Trados but it is not working and I am sure it is because of the problem we are having with the Trados login details. We are using Trados 2017.
I can still log in to https://www.trados.com/.
Does anyone know how to fix the problem?
