Since I've updated SDL Trados, whenever I click RWS AppStore, Trados suddenly shuts down.
I tried to uninstall the program and to download it again, but nothing changes.
What can I do?

Do you have any error message when clicking on RWS Appstore, before Studio shuts down? If, yes please send a screenshot.

Yes, here it is the screenshot of the error message. It's in Italian, as my Studio is in Italian. Do you need me to set it in English?

Most probably this is caused by a plugin. Go to C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\16\Plugins\Packages an delete all the plugins from there.
The restart Studio and install the latest version of the plugins that you need from Appstore.
