Dear Sorin, dear Paul, thank you for your answer per email. I confirm I have not subscribed the assistance which is payable, I just paid for the software but it does not work properly as it is supposed to
Experienced translators are complaining about 2021 version problems which is not a good point. I hope to be able to work in 2021 version after installation is successfull and will be happy to say the software is great .
Until now the machine translation tool does not work and I had to install the previous version upon your recommendation because the newest version I was sold has issues (it is astonishing)... I hope you'll help me to make it work and thank you in advance for your time and patience. Kind regards
