Issue connecting to RWS App store in Trados

Hello,

I cannot dowload DeepL from RWS AppStore although I have signed up for it. I connect to RWS with my credentials then get the message: "

"YOUR SDL Id is not linked to any SDL CLOUD ACCOUNT

Create an account or contact your SDL CLOUD ACCOUNT administrator"

Trados Studio interface showing RWS AppStore with an error message 'YOUR SDL Id is not linked to any SDL CLOUD ACCOUNT. Create an account or contact your SDL CLOUD ACCOUNT administrator.'

Please can you help?

I will be invoiced for DeepL soon so would like to use it in Studio!
