Hello,
I cannot dowload DeepL from RWS AppStore although I have signed up for it. I connect to RWS with my credentials then get the message: "
"YOUR SDL Id is not linked to any SDL CLOUD ACCOUNT
Create an account or contact your SDL CLOUD ACCOUNT administrator"
Please can you help?
I will be invoiced for DeepL soon so would like to use it in Studio!

I note you have two email addresses on this account. Most likely you are attempting to log in with the wrong one. Can you try them both and let us know if you still have a problem?
