Hi. I tried to deactivate my license (Trados Studio Freelance 2019) online using the Help - Product activation - deactivate option. I always get the following error: "Deactivation failed. Revocation is either complete or revocation proof is already uploaded". I then tried to deactivated my license offline in my SDL Account, received an e-mail with an "offline deactivation ticket" but nothing changed, my license is still in use. I need to deactivate my license in order to reactivate it in a different computer. Thanks. João Vasconcelos
