UNINSTALL TRADOS AND DECTIVATE LICENSE

Dear Sirs, 

I am having trouble with the latest update of Trados Studio 2021 freelance license  > I cannot start the editor, so I tried uninstall the program from my computer and reinstall it again, but It doesn't even start any more and I cannot even deactivate the license to use it on another PC.
