I can see that your 2021 Network license has been reactivated today. If this is still an issue please open Safenet License Manager > expand Subnet Servers > expand your server > expand Allow TQA 2021> expand and send me a screenshot.

Please follow the below steps and then reactivate the license in License Manager and try to connect Studio.
Ensure that all SDL products are closed on the server.
1. Go to: C:\ProgramData\SDL\NetworkLicensingServer\2 and rename the "2" folder to "2_old".
2. Go to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\SafeNet Sentinel\Sentinel RMS License Manager\WinNT and rename the file lservrc to lservrc_old.
3. Open SafeNet License Manager (WlmAdmin) and check if the AllowTQA 2021 or ProfessionalEdition 2021 features are still listed under Subnet servers > your server name. If they are, right-click on each of them and select Remove Feature.

I did it and try to access to sdl from another computer (should have worked since it is a network one) but it didn't..
any other solution please?
