Inability to activate the subscription.

Evening,

I've just purchased Trados Studio Freelance subscription, downloaded and installed the program, before finding out that it refuses to connect to any service including the authentificator.

After reinstalling with administrative rights, deactivating the antivirus and firewall, messing with port and ip permissions and trying random solutions from the forums, i'm still locked out from the network and i'm stuck in the trial version.

All of the steps from article 000001949 are taken, https://1.1.1.1 is accessible, my account logs in just fine through any browser and i do not have any other connection issues on the machine.

I would be really grateful for a fast enough fix, since i have a deadline to meet and Trados seems like an extremely usefull and efficient tool i'd like to use for this order.
