I have tried several times to reset or deactivate Trados 2017 but always shows "An error occurred".
I think this license blocks me from the access to Trados Live and orders me to pay 13,000USD per year, even though I have a license of 2021 freelance.
I do not understand how it works and please help me to reset the 2017 to be able to access Trados Live without a huge payment!!! Thank you,
