I don't manage to reactivate it ! ........ if a want to do an offline activation, it asks for the installation ID ! And I don't know this. Anyway here you've got a screenshot of the activation dialog box

First of all please remove the screenshot with the license code as this is a public forum.

The Installation ID is automatically generate in Studio after you click on Activate > Alternative activation options > Offline activation and copy the license code. I CAN'T DELETE it !! I haven't got the permission ! .......... and as far as this activation is concerned, I have read all that stuff but it doesn't work !! ...... and also, when I open the Studio Program, I can see that I have only 5000 Translation Units as it is the case with the "Starter" version I purchased in the first place before upgrading to Freelance !

This means that the old license is still active. Please follow these steps: 

1. Close Studio.
2. Go to: C:\ProgramData\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio16\Data
3. Rename the file Studio.lic, e.g. to Studio_old.lic.
4. Reactivate Studio.

Note: If you can't find the path above, open Windows File Explorer, click on View and check "Hidden Items" checkbox.

I have edited the image for you.  But you should be able to either delete a post you made, or edit it if it was recent.  I just logged in as you and if the post was an older one you have this option:
