I checked yor account and you do have licences in there. The problem is that they are already activated so you need to reset.
You can reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your MySDL account for Trados Studio 2015, 2017, 2019 and 2021.
Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions. If you still have problems after this come back and let us know and we'll organise a support engineer to resolve it for you.
