I think you'll struggle to find anyone who can help you with an installation of this version of the product these days.  At least I doubt we have any technical support engineers actively working in our teams today who have ever seen this application, and to try to keep this working on more and more modern operating systems when it hasn't been supported for over a decade is quite a challenge.

In my opinion, if you insist on moving to a modern operating system you should probably consider installing a virtual machine and running something more appropriate inside it.

Having said all this, perhaps there are some users who have done this and might be able to help, but I don't think you'll get any assistance from the Trados team.

I just tried installing Trados 2007 on windows 11 and it installed ok.

are you using the latest version of the installer SP3  SDLTrados2007Suite_FL_863.exe ?

I should also say that it deploys very very old versions of the C++ runtimes. you must check for windows updates after it completes as they will have security vulnerabilities in them that have long been fixed.
Also it deploys a similarly aged java runtime which again will have security considerations. I am not sure if you will be able to update that to a safer version and the applications still work.
