Hi,
We have purchased a license upgrade from Studio 2021 Freelance to Professional. I followed the procedure to update the license from my account "Licenses" page, but something went wrong. I don't have access anymore to that page and I cannot retrieve licensce info and the page return this error message:
I had deactivated my Freelance versione, thus I cannot work on trados anymore.
I don't know if a license reset is needed, but I'm afraid that won't help, since I have no access to license info anyway.
