I've bought a new PC. I deactivated Trados Studio 2021 on the old PC but when I log into my account on the new PC, there is nothing there: no licences, orders or downloads. Please advise.

Can you please check if you`re logged in the correct account? I can see multiple account associated with your name but the only license is in account ID 253410 - email address: acutrans1@gmail.com
Can you confirm if this email address and the corresponding account are yours? If not, please provide me the order number for your license so I can check in more details.

Yes, that is an old email address. I wasn't able to log in using that email address.
