Problem with Machine translation tool

I had problems with machine translation in Sudio 2017.

After 4 days of discussions with no results, I installed studio 2021 and I have the same problems.

Messages

No TM or MT server opened

I installed Language weaver but it helped for 1 project then the problem came back.

  • I don’t think that’s a fair reflection of the situation. It’s no problem continuing to help but I think some recognition that the support team have helped and the original case was closed because you said it was ok would be fair.

  • Paul, minutes after a first try that worked, I sent an email saying it's working, I was so happy. But on a second try I found out that the problem was persisting and the case was already closed with no possibi;ity to reopen it.

    And I think that when you buy the most expensive CAT tool on the market, you should not have to buy a service contract, above all when it's a recurrent problem. I know you will have a reply to this.I appreciate support I got for licensing issues (I had to reach out to the salesperson who sold it to me) but in the present case I think somebody out there must be aware of the problem. I installed Studio 2021 and I am workinfg with it for now. I will have to decide if I continue with Studio (since 2009) or if I have to to keep eyeing something else.
