Can you tell us what error you are getting when you try to install.

Okay. Error discription is as below.

Error

Failed to add window command bar extensions.

Previously I saw this Error, which means to change the PC because this pc is windows10, right? 

I havve received the email from support today. I wonder the error might be restored if I pay the support fee, or are window's command bar extensions related to the windows10 not 11? If so I was recommended to change my pc to the mobile like surface this year, which is the best way for the error restoration due to command bar Expansions?

Command bar expansions are requested to handle with the IRS tax sbmittion online. May I consder the sale PC coming up this year in Japan as well as in USA?

this is some sort of a settings corruption issue. you should try to follow that article.

But to get this error you have to have Studio installed.

What version of Studio do you have installed or are you trying to install?

Current Studio versions work on Windows 10 and 11.
