Is it OK to uninstall Trados Studio now?

Hello.

I use Trados Studio 2019 Freelance Plus.

Recently I have a problem of Windows 10 bluescreen, so want to do a factory reset.

Before that, I want to deactivate Trados license. However, I get this error when I press the deactivate button.

Error dialog box with a red cross icon, stating 'Revocation is either complete or revocation proof is already uploaded' with an OK button.

But when I check my licence in SDL account, I see this screen.

SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance Plus license information showing 1 user, 0 in use, and 1 available with an extra activations question mark icon.

Does this mean that I can safely uninstall Trados Studio 2019 now?
